1. DEPOSIT UPON SCHEDULING IS APPLIED TOWARD YOUR SERVICE & IS NON-REFUNDABLE / TRANSFERABLE
2. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know 24hrs ahead of your appointment time to avoid forfeiting the booking fee.
3. PERMANENT BROW SERVICES REQUIRE A 48 hr cancelation notice and can only be rescheduled once. If for any reason you have to reschedule a 2nd time you will have to resubmit a new booking fee.
4. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE.
5. Late cancelations will be charged 50% of service
