Cancellations are 24hrs prior to your appointment. No call, no show will be charged full service price. Please arrive ontime. 20 mins late you will be charged a late fee of $25.00 and your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. for package services, if you miss an appointment or reschedule same day as your appointment, you will loose the session for the day. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All paid in full services voided if not booked within 30days. ONCE PACKAGES ARE STARTED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!!!!!
