Terms of Service

• All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE booking fee that will go towards your service. Cancellations or the inability to move forward with the service for any reason will result in the loss of your deposit. Please book wisely.
• Rescheduling requires a 72 hour notice. A new deposit will be required if not rescheduled within that window of time. Multiple reschedules may result in pricing adjustments or canceled appointments. I understand life happens but please be respectful of my time.
• Late policy: Please arrive on time, if you cannot make it within 15 minutes of your scheduled time we will might need to reschedule and another deposit will be required.
• No guests or pets allowed due to interruption and cross contamination.
• Please READ your confirmation email upon booking. It contains important information so you can be ready on the day of your appointment. Failing to do so and not following pre-care instructions could result in the last minute cancellation of your appointment and another booking fee will be required to reserve a new date.

Disqualification List

• Under 18 years old.
• Pregnant or Nursing
• Diabetic (if not controlled)
• Nicotine Smoker
• Prone to keloid scarring in and around the facial area.
• Viral infections/Epilepsy
• Skin is very delicate/fragile, sensitive or problematic. Irritations of any kind near or on the brow area (rashes, eczema, sunburn, acne, etc.)
• Undergoing chemotherapy
• Used Accutane within the past year.
• Have had recent surgeries or major medical procedures (this includes dental) at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment.
