Important to note:

• This online booking system is the only way to make an appointment (ie, if you send a request by other channels, you will be directed back to here).


• Our system only accepts bookings up to 90 days in advance. Due to high demand, you may be unable to immediately find a booking within that period. Spots do become available as cancellations are made, so check the system regularly if you would like to try to get in sooner.

Our booking policy:

• We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so easily from the link in your confirmation email. We ask that you please do this at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, to allow us time to pass on your spot to someone else.


• We require credit card details in order to secure our appointment, but your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show. Payment by cash or cheque will be taken at the time of treatment.


• If you do not show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full price of your treatment. You will receive a reminder email for your appointment 72 hours prior. Please do us the courtesy of letting us know in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
