Thank you for turning to Reiki (and me) to restore, strengthen and increase your health and well-being or for support during a challenging time in your life.
The focus of my professional Reiki practice is to help you access and strengthen the life force & energy within yourself. Reiki sessions bring balance to a person's system and best work cumulatively. Sessions tend to get stronger and deeper with consistency and time. During a Reiki session, your body, mind and whole being have an opportunity to relax and rest.
Locations & Hours

RYE:
- Tuesdays, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Fridays, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
WHITE PLAINS (at the office of White Plains Acupuncture)
- Thursdays, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Payment | Cancellation | Rescheduling
- A credit card is required to book Initial, Return and Mentoring Sessions. You have the option to pay the session in full at the time of booking or for your card to be charged on the day of the appointment. Plan Sessions are paid for by code.
- Reiki sessions are not covered by insurance.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation charges (you can view my Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy here).
