* You know your child, how long they can sit, and how well they follow instructions. If you DO NOT know or are unaware/unsure, I ask that when booking select a simple style (NO DESIGNS OR CURVY LINES.) Please DO NOT book a complex hairstyle that may result in additional fees and/or an unsuccessful appointment.
* Due to Parents booking complicated and lengthy hair styles, remaining balance on payments (minus deposit that has been paid from booking appointment) will be due up front before the start of services on all new clients and clients ages 4 and under. If you have to reschedule your appointment you will be able to do so using your inital deposit within a 30 day time frame but ONLY if you reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Anything less than 48 hours will automatically forfeit your deposit and you will have to schedule a new appointment using a new deposit.
A no call no show will result in loss of deposit and not being able to book future appointments.
Things you should know before scheduling an appointment
* I service both adults and kids.
* Please keep in mind and be realistic when booking that timing (which is estimated) and your finished product may vary based on your hair texture, density, length, and the behavior of your child.
* Be sure to add on anything extra that is needed. You will not be able to add on at your appointment, possibly resulting in cancellation of appointment.
* I am a braider without an assistant. I ask for your patience upon arrival and throughout the styling process. I'm a perfectionist and I will not offer any rushed services.
* Scheduled time slots for kids, more often than normal, tend to run over. I ask before making an appointment that you book with a clear schedule for the day. Please do not schedule an appointment if you have any immediate plans the day of. Appointments are subject to change at anytime. I do not want to be held accountable for any disappointments.
* No plaits or braids upon arrival.
* Please DO NOT arrive with any hair oil, grease, or leave in conditioner in your hair and/or on your scalp. If you do, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.
* Please do not flat-iron your hair before your scheduled appointment.
* Please respect all staff, equipment, and my place of business.
* If you are not satisfied with your hair please let it be known before you leave the salon so the issue can be rectified right then. Once gone it will be assumed that you have no complaints with the style and services rendered.
