Before booking an appointment with Brows By Feena, it is important to thoroughly read and comprehend our Terms and Conditions. Despite the abundance of information provided, it is crucial for clients to fully grasp the contents prior to scheduling an appointment as your non-refundable deposit and payments signifies your acceptance of this policy.
Please note that Brows By Feena reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notification, and by booking your appointment, you are consenting to abide by the current version of these terms.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
It is advisable to refrain from leaving your home if you are unwell. In case you experience symptoms such as cough, cold, fever, runny nose, sore throat, flu, or any other signs of illness, we request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that if you show up for your appointment displaying symptoms of an illness or looking unwell, we maintain the right to decline service and your deposit will get forfeited. Additionally, the full amount of the service value will be charged to you.

NO GUESTS ALLOWED AND CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE MASK. Despite the lifting of mask mandates, clients are still required to wear face masks and keep them on throughout their appointment as we will be in close proximity. Please bring your own masks.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. All deposits and payments made towards Brows By Feena during the time of booking for reservation or service are non-refundable. This means once the payment is made, it can not be refunded regardless of the circumstances. The payment serves as a means to secure your appointment and plan accordingly. Before submitting a payment, clients are advised to thoroughly review the service description, terms, and requirements. Brows By Feena will not issue refunds or credits that have been made. It's essential to note that additional cancellation fees may apply for late cancellation.

NO CALL NO SHOW OR LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, if you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us any prior notice, we will need to implement the following policy with fees to compensate for the lost time and revenue.

▪️If you no call, no show to your appointment, your deposit will get forfeited and you will be charged 100% fee of the missed service value. We may no longer be able to accommodate you as a client.

▪️If you cancel less than 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a fee of the missed service value. Any payments already made to Brows By Feena will be forfeited.

▪️ In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency and you wish to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to submit an additional $100 non refundable deposit, in addition to the full service amount, to secure a new date. The total amount will go towards the service.

48 HOURS RESCHEDULING POLICY
We have a 48-hour rescheduling policy in place to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and to maintain a consistent schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time via text at 408-393-2695or email browsbyfeena@gmail.com. If you send a message after 8:00 pm, you may not receive a response until the next day.

This allows us to fill the slot with another client and avoid any loss of business. You can only reschedule one time.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount, and your deposit will be forfeited. However, if you wish to reschedule, you will need to submit a non-refundable fee of $100 and pay the full amount of the service price to secure a new date. The total amount will go towards the service.

15 MINUTE LATE POLICY
We strives to provide the best service to all of our clients, and we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise that cause you to run late for your appointment. However, please note that we have a strict 15 minute late policy in place. This is to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients and maintain a timely schedule throughout the day. If you arrive late, your deposit will be forfeited and 100% of the service value will be charged to you.

REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT POLICY
The remaining balance for the appointment or service, after deducting the deposit amount, must be paid in full at your initial appointment.

We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. There will be a 4% transaction fee for all debit and credit cards transactions.

OMBRE BROWS IS A TWO STEP PROCESS
Ombré brows require initial appointment and a touch-up appointment 6-12 weeks. The cost of the touch-up appointment is not included in the initial appointment. Clients are responsible for scheduling their touch-up appointment within the designated timeframe and it is recommended that you book in advance for your preferred date. Please do not wait to book your touch up appointment as I may not have any availability and you will have to pay a higher fee after the 12 week window.

It is important to note that the final healed results of the procedure will vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made. Achieving optimal desired results may require additional sessions. Many factors can affect how the pigment will hold, including pre and aftercare instructions, skin type, overall health, healing ability, bleeding during the procedure, diet, stress levels, facial products, skin treatments, supplements, medication, old tattoos, scarring, and more. Therefore, it is important to understand that more than one touch-up appointment may be necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

PREVIOUS WORK DONE BY ANOTHER ARTIST.
Prior to booking an appointment for cover & correction service, you need to inform us if you have had previous work done by another artist, such as microblading, ombre brows, or any other type of permanent makeup tattooing. (We do not offer touch ups for other artists. If you only need a touch up, please contact your previous artist). We request pictures of the previous work to assess the condition of the existing tattoo and determine whether a cover up can be made.

If you book your appointment without approval, attend your appointment or if we have to cancel your appointment because we can not work over your existing tattoos, your deposit will get forfeited and you will be charged a fee equivalent to the service value.

PRE-CARE & AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
The client bears the responsibility of reviewing and adhering to the pre-care and aftercare instructions provided on www.browsbyfeena.com to ensure optimal outcomes and prevent any misinterpretations. Strictly following these guidelines will help reduce the risk of scarring, bleeding, bruising, and infection.

⚠️ Our commitment to health and safety is unwavering. Failure to comply with the recommended instructions may lead to appointment cancellation, with payments being forfeited.

If the healed results are noticeably light or uneven, suggesting possible neglect, a 50% fee of the service price will be charged for any required additional work. Further neglect may result in the refusal of services.

TO ENSURE YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR EACH PROCEDURE, CLIENT MUST VERIFY BEFORE BOOKING THEIR APPOINTMENT. We prioritize the safety of our clients, as those with weakened immune systems have a higher risk of developing an infection. Bleeding and bruising are potential side effects during and after the procedure, which may reduce pigment absorption and lead to unsatisfactory results. Medications and treatments can also impact the outcome. Therefore, it is crucial for clients to be forthcoming and truthful on the consent and medical history forms.

We reserve the right to decline service if our terms and conditions are breached or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is in our best interest to do so.
Brows By Feena holds the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at our sole discretion without prior notice. If such a cancellation or postponement occurs, Brows By Feena will not issue a refund for any payments or be held accountable or liable for any expenses, fees, damages, costs, or other forms of compensation related to your appointment.
