Bend and Breathe Yoga flow is the perfect combination of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga inspired movement, moving your body with breath and intention. Incorporating sun salutations and balancing postures, aiming to achieve healing and harmony between the body, mind and soul. The use of physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation, brings calm, clarity, inner peace and overall wellbeing, as well as, develops strength and flexibility; reducing stress and anxiety.
Mind and Body Meditation One-To-One
Bend and Breathe Mind and Body meditation incorporates guided meditation with breath and positive mantras. Helping you to let go of any negative thoughts and energy and allows you to become grounded, bringing you back to the present moment. Guiding you through the healing process, empowering you to be the best version of you.
