Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Any late cancellations or no show appointments will be charged their full session fee. You are able to cancel and/or reschedule your own appointments online up until the 24 hour window. Please consider creating an online account for ease in viewing your upcoming appointments.
Gift certificates purchased prior to September 2019 with a three digit number need to be presented in the studio at the time of your session. Certificates purchased after this date have a longer digital code that are accepted online at time of scheduling.
