Bring your documents into the office with you to be processed at the time of your appointment. Due to COVID restrictions only one person may enter the office for each appointment.

Have your tax appointment over the phone. After booking your appointment upload your documents to canopy, our secure document portal. If you do not have a portal one will be set up for you within a week of your appointment time. You may also opt to drop off your documents in person.

Please provide your documents at least 3 days in advance to allow us ample time for data entry.

If you do not have a portal an invite will be sent within a week of your appointment. You also have the option of dropping off your documents in person prior to your appointment.

Set up a Zoom conference for our preparers to review your taxes with you virtually. Send in your documents via canopy, our secure client portal. For those without a portal an invite will be sent within a week of your appointment. Your Zoom link will be provided at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
