Thank You for allowing me to Service You. My Goal is to provide outstanding service in a timely matter.
- When booking please include all services necessary this will insure the price and time of your appointment. Appointment time is an estimate. Appointment may be longer or shorter than the time listed.
- There is a 15 minute grace period for clients that are running late. After that grace period there will be a $10 late fee. After 30 minutes appointment may have to be rescheduled, depoist will NOT go towards another appointment.
- Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, free of thread and product, and ready for installation.
- No call no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service.
- There is a non refundable deposit due when scheduling (specified on service) Deposit is deducted from your total cost of service the remainder is due in Preferable CASH . Credit Card can be used for service a 3% service fee will be included. If you need to reschedule you may do so as long as it’s not less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits may only be transferred once and serviced within 2 weeks , after that a new deposit will be required. same and next day appts must be approved.
