This is a package of 3 quantum healing energy sessions for when you want to focus on a few different patterns that have you feeling stuck in several areas.

It's individually crafted with your specific needs and intentions in mind. This healing uses intuitive shamanic guidance to help to clear unwanted patterns of frustration, pain, struggle, limiting beliefs around health, money, relationships, etc., and emotional wounds that traumatize us and keep us feeling stuck in place.

This program has a contemporary shamanic foundation. It offers an amazing set of spiritual practices for personal clarity, growth and transformation. It’s a path of direct revelation - meaning you learn to find your own answers as you build relationships with spirit. You will learn to trust your own experience and your spirit helpers.
I know that I can’t have a preconceived agenda, curriculum or end goal in mind as I accompany you on your journey. I meet my clients exactly where they are along the way. I will always use tools, including coaching, mindfulness, Reiki, etc., that integrate the body, mind, and spirit.

It will include a comprehensive intake which gives us a road map that we can start with, knowing that I will always meet you where you are in the moment ensure you receive exactly what you need in each session.


Sessions are twice a month which includes time to integrate the work in between sessions. Each session is one-hour long and can be in person or at distance (by phone or Zoom). I’m available between sessions by email, text or call for quick questions and answers. I often provide distance support as well.
