When to Book a Reading?

Ursula recommends a minimum of 3 months before booking a reading after a loved one has passed on. Her priority is your mental health and capacity to understand information provided during a reading. She invites you to honour your feelings to allow yourself to grieve. Ursula reserves the right to reschedule your appointment if she feels that now is not the time.

Payment Policy

Advance payment is required to book a service with Ursula. All payments are non-refundable. Please be aware when you book your session that you agree to these terms. Payments may be made via PayPal. Debit payment is not currently available please send a separate email money transfer to bookwithursula@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking please call 647 334 7884 or email bookwithursula@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that a refund will not be issued to you and an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee will apply. The credit must be used within 90 days and you may reschedule within 90 days. Please be aware that when you when you book your session that you agree to these terms.
