Payment Policy

Advance payment is required to book a service with Ursula. All payments are non-refundable. Please be aware that when you book your session that you agree to these terms. Payments may be made via PayPal or email money transfer at bookwithursula@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking please call 647 334 7884 or email bookwithursula@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that a refund will not be issued to you and an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee will apply. The credit must be used within 90 days and you may reschedule within the 90 days. Please be aware that you when you book your session that you agree to these terms.
