Diabetes Prevention Program - Thursday Evenings
Our Diabetes Prevention Program consists of 24, one-hour sessions over the course of a year. During these small group adult sessions, a trained lifestyle coach facilitates discussions on behavior changes that can improve your health and help prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Free for DC Residents!
Classes begin Saturday, September 5th. All classes are currently held remotely due to COVID-19. You will receive a text and email link to join the class 24 hours before the class begins.
