In-person classes are typically 2 hours and the location is listed in the class description when booking.

Livestream classes are broadcast over Zoom at the same time as the in-person class and give those a chance to watch it remotely if they cannot attend. All livestream classes include a link to watch a replay of the class for 7 days.

Live Zoom classes allow you to watch and engage in the class live and include a 10-day recorded replay option.
