Thank you for your interest in performing at Holiday Music Festival. The 2019 season will run from Sunday, December 1 – Thursday, December 26. Holiday Music Festival is a great way to kick off the Holiday season and to share your great musical talents!
Holiday Music Festival performances will take place in the Rotunda, located on the East side of the Mall. The Rotunda can accommodate groups up to 70 for choirs and bands/orchestras. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate performance groups whose membership exceeds these numbers. Please see below for the Rotunda performance schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays - Saturdays:10 a.m., Noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Tuesdays: 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. + 8 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m., Noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m. + 6 p.m.
*Please note, the following dates are unavailable for HMF performances: Friday, December 13 + Friday, December 20
We encourage you to be prepared and as flexible as possible when selecting your performance dates and to be mindful that some performance times may become unavailable due to other Mall of America events that are scheduled during this busy time of year.
Scheduling will be done once again on an online platform this year where you are able to see available performance slots in real-time. Prior to entering the scheduling link please be prepared with your top three performance dates and top three performance time slots, as they will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
