Thank you for being here! I am honored to have served the Roaring Fork Valley as an Alternative Medicine Facilitator since 2016. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2009 and I work with clients of all ages and ability levels.

1 hour Adult (over 18)

This 60 minute visit will be an individualized experience, tailored to your unique nervous system and needs. You will experience a nervous system reset through Lucia No 3 Light Therapy and bodywork that may include myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, neuromovement, and reiki. Kat will lead you through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork as desired within the session. Investment: $125-175

1 hour Pediatric (13-18 y/o)

1 hour

This 60 minute visit will be an individualized experience, tailored to each client's unique nervous system and needs. Each client will receive gentle bodywork that may include myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, neuromovement, and reiki. Kat will incorporate movement, mindfulness, and breathwork as appropriate within the session. Investment: $125-150

30 min Pediatric (0-12 y/o)

30 minutes

This 30 minute visit will be an individualized experience based on the child and caregiver needs and goals. The session will include craniosacral therapy and support for optimizing daily habits and routines as appropriate. Investment: $50-75

75 min Partner Session

1 hour 15 minutes

Learn to give and receive body work with a loved one. I will guide you through simple techniques that you can practice on one another as part of the healing connection that we all need. Investment: $185

30 min Adult

30 minutes

This 30 minute visit will be an individualized experience, tailored to your unique nervous system and needs. You will experience a nervous system reset through Lucia No 3 Light Therapy and targeted bodywork that may include myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, neuromovement, and reiki. Investment: $75

30 min Virtual Session

30 minutes

Connect with me via Zoom for training in mindfulness practices, health and habit consultation or newborn developing and feeding concerns. Investment: $50

1 hour 30 minutes @ $350.00
