Melt Into Meditation.
Melt into a meditation experience of bliss as you melt all of your worries and cares away.
Follow the sound of my voice to relax your mind and slowly melt into your body. In this 3 hour 'melt' you will be a guided through a 2 hour meditation incorporating mindfulness techniques, gentle mindful movements, body awareness, pranayama breathing, sound healing, Reiki & Seichim healing, and visualisation.
We finish our practice by coming together to enjoy a warming light lunch and Zen Tea.
2nd Of October Full Moon Fire Meditation
1 hour 30 minutes
The full moon represents letting go of what no longer serves us and what we no longer need in our life. The Full Moon is a great time to release what is holding us back,cleansing our emotions and cutting any ties.
The full moon fire ritual will include:
- Powerful full moon cleansing meditation
- Sacred fire ritual & offerings of sacred herbs into the fire
- Herbal tea & snacks
- Safe nurturing space to share & release
- Oracle card readings
7PM MONDAY- Mindful Movement Meditation
Mindful Movement Meditation incorporates a gentle seated stretching and moving sequence prior to your Mindfulness Meditation practice.
This gentle Mindful Movement allows you to release built up tension throughout your body, therefore allowing you to achieve a deeper state of stillness throughout your meditation.
Using various breath work exercises and mindfulness focusing techniques to clear your mind from the everyday mind chatter and thoughts that swim around in our head.
7PM TUESDAY- Chakra Series Spiritual Meditation
Throughout this Chakra Series we will be exploring a new Chakra each week. 9 Chakras for 9 weeks. The process of Meditating upon each Chakra allows ourselves to fully open and align with the energy that lies within that Chakra.
Base Chakra- 8th September
Sacral Chakra- 15th September
Solar Plexus Chakra- 22nd September
Soul Karmic Chakra- 29th September
Heart Chakra- 6th October
Throat Chakra- 13th October
Third Eye Chakra- 20th October
Bindu Chakra- 27th October
Crown Chakra- 3rd Novembe
7PM WEDNESDAY- Sound Meditation
During a Sound Meditation you will experience high vibrational healing sound instruments such as Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, incorporated with intuitive singing to bring your body and mind into a deeper state of bliss.
Drift off in calmness and allow yourself to soften with healing frequencies. Zen Tea is served at the end of every meditation.
7PM THURSDAY- Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation is all clearing your mind from our everyday mind chatter and the thoughts that swim around in our head.
We do this through various breath work exercises and mindfulness focusing techniques to find stillness within your mind and peace within your life. Come along Mindfulness Meditation and take an hour to think less.
7PM FRIDAY- Relaxation Meditation (Yoga Nidra)
Join me for a Relaxing Yoga Nidra Meditation This meditation will be pure bliss, relaxing our body and mind from our busy week that we have experienced.
This meditation is designed to completely relax and de-stress you, to give you a calmer start to your weekend ahead.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a relaxing Zen Tea and you will leave with a refreshed feeling and calmer mindset.
