This is a 12 session arch, which takes you through the book Fearless Living by Rhonda Britten. You will learn the 4 antidotes to the 4 "No's" of Fearless Living and your Wheel of Fear and Wheel of Freedom. I have also included 2 extra sessions you can use as need. This package also includes a Daily Training Manuel (DTM) that you will be using through the 12 to 14 weeks. We will meet once a week and you will be responsible for reading a chapter in the book and doing the corresponding homework.
