This is a short call with me to find out how I can best support you with your nutrition and health concerns. It gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have and for me to explain how I work with my clients.
This class is for mums to be and is safe for each trimester. It will include a gentle cardio warm-up and then move into pregnancy-specific pilates exercises. I will discuss topics like what to avoid during the different stages of pregnancy, work on strengthening the muscles that will make pregnancy a little easier and stretch out those areas that are feeling a little tight and uncomfortable.
This includes a 60-90 Initial consultation with one 30-45 minute follow up appointment.

This package includes 1 x 60 - 90 minute initial consultation and 3 x 30-45 minute follow up consultations. You will also receive a downloadable PCOS workbook and have access to live monthly Q&A sessions.
