1. Our goal is to help you reach your goals. In the help session, we will meet with you one on one to talk about your journey so far and your goals for the future. These sessions usually take 15 minutes, but we allow for 30 just in case!
2. No need to bring workout attire. We will sit down & strategize together on the best way to achieve those goals based on what has and hasn't worked in the past.
3. And finally, we make a plan together to help you reach your goals!
