A full detailed consultation will be done on the day of every treatment where we can discuss the right treatment for you, you do not need to have a consultation beforehand if you do not wish too. However, this can be booked online if you prefer.
It is NOT mandatory to have a patch test for Semi-Permanent Makeup, however we do recommend this if you have any known allergies. Please select and add on a patch test if you would like one sent to you in the post.
We DO require a patch test for Tinting, Laminating and Lash services.
Our Diary is released 8 weeks in advance. A booking fee is required for all bookings, they are NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
We have a 3 Day (72hr) cancellation / rescheduling policy for all Permanent Makeup appointments. We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling all other appointment types.
We provide opportunity to reschedule via your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule after the required time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new one is required.
If you are late for your appointment and we cannot accommodate your treatment with sufficient timing, your deposit will be lost. If you no show a scheduled appointment, your booking fee will also be lost and you will be required to pay the remaining of your balance.
All PMU appointments automatically come with a second appointment, which is your 6-8 week review, this is included within the initial price.
Do not book if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding or had a baby within the last 6 weeks. Must be 18+. Must be suitable medically (Please refer to your GP or Doctor if required.)
Previous PMU work - you will need to have an online photo assessment BEFORE booking to confirm you will get a good result from the treatment.
