After this 50 minute 1-1 session (via Zoom) with Psychotherapist, Miriam, you will be given the link to register for the 4 week daily coaching programme which includes a weekly therapy group for 2 hours via Zoom on a Wednesday evening 7pm - 9pm GMT. The cost for the whole month's course is £200 and includes all materials, workbook and Zoom calls and a follow-up 1-1 session a month later,
