Please take some time to read the important information below:
1. How do I book?
You will need a valid Credit/Debit card or PayPal account. You can book directly through this site.
2. Why do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposits or Prepayments are required for all clients. Your deposit goes towards your final service cost. This covers miscellaneous items that may be needed to provide the best service possible. Deposits are also insurance for late cancellations or no-shows.
3. If I cancel my appointment, will I be required to pay another deposit?
Yes. Deposits are required for each appointment.
4. What if I cancel and reschedule for another date?
You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be honored. If you reschedule an existing appointment more than 2 times, you will be banned from rescheduling. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, this must be done at lease 3 days in advance.
5. What if I want to cancel my appointment altogether?
If you need cancel within 12 hours of booking your deposit will be refunded.
6. If I pre-pay for a service in full and need to cancel, will I receive a full refund?
You will receive refund, we will keep a $50 convenience fee.

***Please do not book for anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not book.
- Address and contact info disclosed after appointment is booked and deposit is satisfied.
- Please make sure you input the correct email and phone number. Otherwise, I will have no way to contact you.
- Please be considerate, if you know you are going to be late, let me know.
- I have a 10 minute grace period, if you miss that grace period, we will likely have to reschedule or cancel( you will risk losing your deposit)

a. Your hair needs to be washed and blowdried, with no tangles.
b.If you need your hair blowdried, please book "Blow Drying Service" as an add-on with your appointment.
c. Bring the type and amount of hair that is required with your appointment type.
d. If you have hair allergies or a scalp condition, do not book.
