Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used for future bookings if you do not reschedule within the appropriate time.
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If not, you will have to book/reschedule again, and a new deposit will be required.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will be CANCELLED. Your future appointment will require a new deposit.
Please note that after having two cancelled appointments due to being late and or one No Call/No Show you will be required to pay for your service in full for the next 3 dates of booked services. After you have complied with this service term. You will be permitted to book as originally stated (the original terms and agreement will begin again).
NO EXTRA PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED DURING SERVICE (Unless being serviced). IF FOR SOME REASON WHY EXTRA PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT BEING SERVICED NEEDS TO BE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT THERE NEEDS TO BE A CONVERSATION WITH THE STAFF (JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD THIS CONVERSATION DOES NOT MEAN THE EXTRA INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PERMITTED).
