Free Introductory Call
Book a short telephone call with me to see how I can help. This call is limited to 15 minutes and is intended to provide you with general information, NOT legal advice specific to your case. Please try to summarize your legal issue as much as possible in advance of this call so we can maximize your time. The next step after this call would be to book an in-person consultation appointment.
Consultation (via Zoom video call)
1 hour 30 minutes
Get an assessment of your legal problem and advice on the steps that need to be taken to resolve it, in a video call up to 90 minutes. To maximize your appointment time, please fill out the intake form with as much detail as possible. Please also send in advance any relevant documents (court orders, prior written agreements, etc.) that may apply to your situation.
Mediation Intake (via Zoom video call)
This one-on-one video call allows you to get your questions answered about the mediation process, to find out whether you would like to work with me, and for me to screen your matter to ensure that it's appropriate for mediation. We will also discuss your "hot-button" issues and the goals you have coming out of the mediation process. Please complete the intake questions in detail. NOTE: Each spouse must complete an intake session before a joint mediation session can be scheduled.
