Service Offering: Clients receive one 40-minute microcurrent facial appointment every 4 weeks for a subscription fee of $150 per month.
Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance. Scheduling is subject to availability, and clients will receive reminders prior to each appointment. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they book their subscription appointment within the 4 week window with any of Spiral Aestheticss available Estheticians. Failure to schedule the session within the 4 week subscription period will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.

Billing: The monthly fee of $150 is due at the time of booking and will automatically renew each month from when the subscription was established.
Cancellation of Subscription: Clients must notify Spiral at least 1 month in advance of the billing date to cancel the subscription without incurring a fee. If within the 4 week subscription period a $75 fee will be charged.
Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid are non-refundable. If a session is missed without proper cancellation, the fee will not be applied to a future session.

Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of the subscription and forfeiture of their sessions.
Force Majeure: In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Spiral Aesthetics will work with the client to reschedule. However, Spiral Aesthetics is not liable for any losses or delays.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must inform Spiral Aesthetics of any relevant health issues, medications, or skin conditions prior to treatment. Failure to disclose such information may increase risk and Spiral Aesthetics will not be held responsible for adverse reactions.

Assumption of Risk: By booking the service, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of the treatment and accept the inherent risks associated with cosmetic procedures.
Limitation of Liability: Spiral Aesthetics will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the service, including but not limited to skin reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or scheduling delays.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spiral Aesthetics and the practitioners against any claims or expenses resulting from the client’s failure to disclose pertinent information or to adhere to these terms.

Changes to Terms: Spiral Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination: Spiral Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate a subscription if the client repeatedly fails to adhere to these terms or engages in behavior detrimental to the service environment.

Consent: By sign up for and booking the monthly microcurrent facial appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
