Hearing Aid Consultation -Includes comprehensive hearing evaluation and in depth hearing aid recommendation based on the patient's results.

1 hour 30 minutes

Hearing Aid Check up. Includes cleaning, adjustments and help with possible repairs

30 minutes

Hearing Aid Repair- In office repair of all major brands of hearing aids. If hearing aid cannot be fixed in office, will send off for repair.

15 minutes

Hearing Evaluation- 60 Minutes. We bill all insurance plans. $50 Fee if no insurance is used

1 hour

Tinnitus Evaluation- We bill all insurance plans. If no insurance $150 flat rate for testing and counseling.

1 hour 15 minutes

Ear Wax Removal- $30 per Ear. If no Wax is found $20 flat fee for appointment time

20 minutes @ $60.00
