We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit in order to confirm all appointments and will used this as a credit towards your service(s).
Please Note: Reschedules are limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your the day of your appointment. Doing so will allow your deposit to be moved to a future appointment and date. To cancel or reschedule, please visit your confirmation email and select either option - or contact us at email@example.com
There will be a 100% non-refundable service fee charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments (no call/no show or same day cancellation). If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without contacting us - you will be asked to reschedule and will not be allowed a refund or credit on your deposit. No exceptions.
