I have a few simple requests;
1.) Please be on time, as I have a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes you’ll be subjected to pay a $25.00 late fee or cancellation. If cancelled you’ll be charged 50% of your service. After 10 minutes, it’s an automatic cancellation.
2.) Appointments can only be rescheduled once, at least 72 hours in advance, no more than 30 days out. Otherwise it’ll result in an automatic cancellation. You’ll need to go rebook with a new deposit.
3.) I accept CASH & ZELLE as the only form of payment. No exceptions.
4.) Be advised that you are allowed to bring 1 guests, however they must wait in designated area. NOT my personal styling area. This includes children. So if your child isn’t old enough to sit in waiting area, they are not permitted without being serviced.
