(1) Arkansas driver's license or state ID card;

(2) medical records supporting your qualifying condition;

This is an "in-person" appointment at our 501 South University Avenue location inside of the Doctor's Building in Little Rock, AR. Our medical assistants will process your entire patient application with the state from start to finish. This appointment type is for new patients who do not yet have an MMJ card OR received an MMJ card from another doctor or clinic.

Medical Marijuana Patient Renewal

30 minutes @ $140.00

If you went to another clinic or doctor before, please schedule as new patient.

This is an "in-person" appointment at our 501 South University Avenue location inside of the Doctor's Building in Little Rock, AR for renewing / current patients of Pure Care Clinic.

Our medical assistants will process your entire patient application with the state from start to finish.

Military Veteran - Medical Marijuana Patient Recommendation

30 minutes @ $125.00

This is an "in-person" appointment at our 501 South University Avenue location inside of the Doctor's Building in Little Rock, AR. Our medical assistants will process your entire patient application with the state from start to finish. Please bring proof of military service. This appointment type is for new patients who do not yet have an MMJ card.
