I lovingly offer a variety of distance Reiki healing sessions and mentoring chat sessions. Healing sessions are done through either email or video. You can relax or meditate during your session, but it is not necessary. The healing will reach you no matter where you are or what you are doing at the time the healing energy is sent. You will receive an email within 24 hours after our session that includes either the overview of the healing, the link to your healing video, or the transcript of our chat session. (This will vary based upon what session you purchase.)
