If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches headaches, loss of taste and smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and or diarrhea please do not book an appointment. if you have an appointment please reschedule for a later date. If you have been exposed to someone that has covid please reschedule at a later date.

* You have a 15min grace period after 15min your appointment will be canceled and you’ll have to reschedule. Your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment for cancellation fee as well as for the inconvenience.
*You MUST cancel 24hrs before appointment day for ex: if your appointment is on a Tuesday at 9am you must cancel on a Monday before 9am or you will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of the balance you owed for your scheduled appointment for example: if your balance was $100 the late cancellation fee will be $50.
*No Show No Call will not be tolerated‼️You will have to pay the full amount of your balance for the inconvenience and will not be able to book with us in the future.
*If you show up to your appointment and decide to leave because you don’t want to wait you will be considered as a late cancellation and will be charged 50% of the balance you owe.
*If you book an appointment and decide to reschedule for a later date in less than 24 hrs you will still be charged as a late cancellation. Please take note that 24hrs is literally 24hrs from your appointment time. For example if you want to cancel or reschedule and your appointment is Wednesday at 2pm you need to make sure you reschedule or cancel Tuesday before 2pm to cancel or reschedule.
AFTERPAY:We now offer after pay for all services that's $200 or more!!!
*If you are not satisfied once service is rendered please speak up before you leave the salon. Once you leave the salon it is out of my hands.
*Please note that there may be a wait you may or may not be seated in chair upon arrival.
*ALL wigs are preordered ONLY!!! When booking wig+Install deals please give us atleast 5 to 10 business days for turnaround.
*Please give me at least 48hrs for all coloring services. Be sure to drop hair off 48hrs prior to appointment. Book accordingly.
* Please text us a inspirational picture of the color and how you would like it to look.
