Booking Instructions: Please read carefully. Booking an appointment with me means you have read and agreed to all conditions below.
Please note:All appointments will be CANCELLED if you are more than 15 minutes late.
1. All appointments must be booked online with a credit/debit card. No exceptions.
2. ALL final payments must be made in CASH. No exceptions!
3. Hair must be 4 inches all around in order for me to braid it. If you are unsure, you can book a free 15 minute consultation. If you suffer from hair loss, please reach out to me prior to booking an appointment so I can be sure I am able to accommodate you. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.
4. No guest/children (unless you're a parent waiting with child who is getting their hair done) , due to limited space)
5. NO REFUNDS. Please check your hair throughout the braiding process to ensure it is the correct size and length that you booked and/or desired.
6. Changing the style and/or braid size the day of your appointment will result in it being rescheduled. Please ask questions beforehand.
7. Please have hair freshly washed and blow dried with minimal to no products in it, especially for feed in braids. Hair that is not detangled or dried will result in you being charged an additional $15 for the blow dry service. (hair not being properly detangled can and will extend the time for your appt.
8. Hair is currently included in large box/triangle braids and rave braids only.
9. For all other styles, hair is not included in pricing, but can be provided by me at an additional cost.
10. All braid times are estimated. Times may and can vary so please plan your day accordingly. Also, please be sure to have your correct phone number on file. I will need to be able to text you in case I am running behind with a client.
11. You must take a picture after I complete your hair for legal reasons. If you do not want it posted on social media I will honor your request.
12. I am located near 24th st. Baseline. Please make sure you have the correct phone number on file, so I can confirm your appointment the day before and send out the exact address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 25% late cancellation fee (if cancelled within the 48 hour time frame), and a 50% no call no show fee(if you do not show up for your appointment without notice). All fees must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
