Our turnaround time fluctuates throughout the year. Here's a general guideline on turnaround times to help you choose the right appointment date. If you cannot find a day or time that works for you, please give us a call at 312-462-3614! We have added buffer time to the online schedule so that we don't get overbooked.

All turnaround times should be calculated from the day of your appointment to the pick-up date (which will be scheduled during your fitting). Please keep in mind that if this is for an event, you should add at least 1 to 2 weeks of buffer time.

~ Rush orders (turnaround times less than the below times) may be accepted based on availability. You MUST call to make your appointment. Rush fees are 20-60% of the total cost of the order based on how soon the item is needed and the difficulty of the alterations.~

February-October:

~ Simpler wedding dress alterations; most bridesmaid dresses, suits, and casual/workwear alterations: 3-4 weeks

~ Ballgown, heavily beaded, or appliqued wedding dresses; wedding dresses or suits that need a lot of alterations; orders with 5+ garments; garments that need to be made larger: 5-7 weeks

~ Custom Suiting and custom casualwear: 3-4 months

~ Wedding outfits (not suits) or more complicated custom garments: 5-8 months

November-January:

~ Simpler wedding dress alterations; most bridesmaid dresses, suits, and casual/workwear alterations: 2-3 weeks

~ Ballgown, heavily beaded, or appliqued wedding dresses; wedding dresses or suits that need a lot of alterations; orders with 5+ garments; garments that need to be made larger: 4-6 weeks

~ Custom Suiting and casualwear: 3 months

~ Custom wedding outfits (not suits) or more complicated custom garments: 4-6 months
