Please be advised that we have a 4-hour cancellation policy. We require that you notify us of any changes or cancellations 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% of reserved spa services cancellation charge. For any cancellation with less than 2 hours’ notice or a ‘no-show’ a full amount of reserved spa service will be applied.
