This class will be held weekly for a total of 6 gatherings. The purpose of this gathering is to support anyone needing assistance in bringing their emotion/mental bodies into balance. We will be meeting through Zoom where I will start off with an energetic update on the high light frequencies coming in as well as how to navigate them and tune in rather than out to optimize your experience as we go through these events.
