Due to new social distancing measures in place, all clients are required to wear masks before and after your appointment. Until further notice, extra guests including children and pets, are not permitted. Hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, masks, and other disinfectant cleansers are available to you at any given time throughout the entire facility. Silent facials are encouraged to prevent spread. While mask is off during service, talking will be discouraged until the end of the service, unless to gauge client comfort.
We do not penalize for lateness for your first two missed appointments due to lateness, but we do enforce a strict 10 minute grace period. All appointments are automatically rescheduled at no extra cost if you arrive past 10 minutes late, meaning by 11 minutes past your appointment, you are automatically rescheduled. If you have yet to miss two consecutive appointments, your original payment will be applied as a credit towards your new appointment. If you are excessively late (10+ minutes) for two consecutive appointments, your appointment and payment for that appointment will be forfeited and all future scheduling will be unavailable. This is nonnegotiable. To avoid losing appointment due to lateness, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of your scheduled service time and let us know that you need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we do not provide refunds for cancellations. We do provide credit for the total amount of your original payment that can be applied towards the same or a different service. If credit is used for a different service, you will be responsible for the remaining balance if the service cost is greater than your original payment.
No Show Policy
We understand life happens, and we are always open to figuring out solutions for you to make it to your service at a later date. If you are unable to make it, we ask that you contact us prior to your service. No shows with no prior contact are banned from future services at all Skin Wins locations and any payments made are forfeited and not eligible for a refund. Our providers show up ready to service you, and it is ethical that they are still compensated for their time that was set aside for you.
We do not provide refunds for any scheduled services, unless upon error of service provider which will be determined on a case by case basis, but we will always provide full credit for the total amount of your original payment.
New Client Initial Consultation + Treatment
Using the world's most comprehensive medical facial imaging system powered by Canon, we'll begin by taking a look into your skin's epidermis and dermis, beyond what the naked eye can see. Rather than relying on client input or what your provider can see, we use technology to allow us to create a long term, effective treatment plan based on target areas we identify from the scan. The scan is able to identify areas with pigment concerns (hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation), any vascular concerns causing redness, areas of inflammation, bacteria presence, loss of collagen (wrinkles), and more.
Following your consultation, we'll proceed with your initial treatment which will consist of a deep and calming cleanse. Your provider will then select a suitable exfoliation treatment that will target your concerns and accelerate us towards your overall skin health goals. Each one of our totally tailored treatments are technology powered, and your provider will select the proper technology for your skin which can range from high frequency, LED, or an oxygen dome. During this step, we will also perform tech-powered extractions using the renowned BT-Micro Ultrasonic device to seamlessly remove congestion. To finish the treatment, we proceed with a hydrating mask, cold therapy to reduce inflammation, and dermal layering (serums, moisturizer, SPF).
