Thai massage or "Thai yoga massage" is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurveda principles, and assisted yoga postures.
Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

Korean Relaxation is a very efficient way to remove tensions and stress from the mind and the body. It is gentle, fast (sessions of 20 min), practical (lying on the floor with comfortable clothes). You will receive a succession of gentle pressures, balancing, stretching. From toes to the head and all the joints in between, the shakes, balancing and pressure points used will get your body feel lighter and your mind clearer. The efficiency of the treatment depends on the personal capacities of relaxation.

We will show you how to make your own blends and cosmetics including conservation tips.
Our lab is equipped with precision scale, stainless bowls and tools, mortal, funnels, cleaning tools.
We have a wide choice of essential oils, vegetal oils, plant powders.
You will be able to learn how to make our most famous recipes and go home with the result.

In the workshop, you will discover the plants used for hair colouring, how to prepare the mix, some tips for application. You will get some plants samples so you can try on your own hair.
Have you heard about ''no poo''? It goes for no shampoo and the alternative is plants, again. Quite a process, I have used a few : sidr, shikakai, panama wood. And I am now back to solid shampoos. But I am happy to share my experience and knowledge.
You can use non colouring plants for treatment as well.

You will learn the main massage techniques coming from Swedish, deep tissue, tui na (chinese massage), Lomi Lomi. You can use them to do your own massage with oil or you can learn and follow the protocol we will provide.
The workshop is mainly practice, recommended for 2 peopleĀ : 1 practising under supervision and guidance, one receiving, then rotating in the roles (or not).
The workshop will be held on the massage table at our home spa in Viktoria or can be done mobile on yoga mats on the floor.

Learn and practise a Korean Relaxation protocol of 20 min.
Recommended for 2 people as one experiences while the other observes then practise.
Each training session takes about 30 to 40 min.
Once integrated the session lasts between 15 to 20 min.
Receiver is lying down on the back for the all session wearing comfortable clothes.
Korean Relaxation is better done on our shiatsu futon at Viktoria home spa but can be done on a yoga mat, on a towel on the sand, ...
