This is a barefoot dance conditioning class in an easy to follow format. It is a moderate intensity/low-impact aerobic workout to complement the high-impact options on the schedule. You don't have to be a dancer to train like one. Ballet-Tone is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates, yoga and fitness. Come try it!
