Discussion about the upcoming renovation which will include field measurements taken on job site for kitchens, bathroom, basements, painting projects, and window treatments. General renovation ideas and thoughts about the project. Preliminary budgeting for the customer’s needs within their renovation, including financing options up to $40,000.00 for those qualified customers. A South Broad Paint & Home Center checklist will be provided for the customer to consider to the renovation.

This is the cost for complete revision per kitchens and/or bathrooms. If the customer has provided measurements, then this charge would also be incurred if a layout would need to be rendered.

This will include layouts, pictures, and a detailed proposal for the renovation, including an itemized material list and timelines for the renovation.
