Under NO circumstances will customers be seen WITHOUT an appointment. Smash RX serves as both a private therapeutic practice and a recreational hub. For this reason an appointment is necessary to ensure the safety, quality of care and integrity of our business.

Absolutely NO SHORTS, open-toed shoes, or UGG boots. Please dress appropriately.

All patrons MUST be AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE and must fit securely in safety equipment. This age limit will NOT be breached.

If you or a member of you party is unable or refuses to adhere to any of Smash RX's guidelines your appointment will immediately be cancelled.

Refund Policy: There is no cash/credit card refunds for cancellations. Amount paid never expires.
