As the COVID-19 virus has evolved, so has our safety and policy procedures adapted to ensure the safety and health of our clients. Under our new policy, when you arrive for a Smash RX appointment, we ask that you and everyone in your party mask up prior to exiting your vehicle and come on in where one of our Destruction Team member's will greet you and your party outside of Suite #115. Waivers will be located directly outside of Smash RX/Suite #115. Everyone MUST complete and sign our waiver, and everyone is subject to a mandatory temperature check adhering to the CDC guidelines. Upon getting cleared, we ask that you suit up in protective coveralls, gloves, hard hats and goggles, and then you and your party will be select your "Destruction Devises" and directed to your Destruction room.
Regular Smash sessions have been suspended until further noticed. Currently, Smash RX is only booking solo and 2-person therapeutic destruction therapy sessions with the following guidelines and safety precautions:
In addition, Smash RX will maintain and enforce strict CDC and Health Development guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Everyone must wear a mask.
Everyone must maintain 6ft distance at all times.
ONLY participant(s) with a Smash appointment with be allowed in the office.
Customers with following health complications during this time of the novel Corona Virus should not participate in Destruction Therapy services:
Smash RX, LLC will conduct temperature checks on every one entering the office. If anyone has a elevated temperature (99.3 degrees Fahrenheit or higher), will not be allowed to proceed and your smash appointment with be immediately cancelled.
