Waivers will be located directly outside of Smash RX/Suite #115. Everyone MUST complete and sign our waiver. Upon completion of your our Waivers, our Destruction Care Coordinators will provide you and your party protective coveralls, gloves, hard hats and goggles then you and your party will be directed into the office to select your "Destruction Devices" and on to your Destruction room.
Destruction therapy sessions are in full operation with the following guidelines and safety precautions:
1. Appointments have been scheduled to ensure that no more than 10 people will be in the building at a time.
2. Only 13 people at a time will be allowed into our establishment, with no more than 3 staffers. Even if clients are from the same household, the capacity limit will not be breached.
3. All patrons must wear a mask while in the building.

In addition, Smash RX will maintain and enforce strict CDC and Health Development guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
