The Art of Movement

An ideal Introductory package for new clients, you can book 3 x 1hr sessions or 2 x 90min sessions

4 hrs of training.
You can book any combinations of 1 or 1 ½hr sessions.

6 hrs of training.
You can book any combinations of 1hr, 1 ¼hr, 1 ½hr sessions.

12 hrs of sessions (Valid for 6 months). Can be used for private or duet/shared sessions.
12 sessions is a good length of time to deal with an injury or see some sports performance improvement and learn some homework exercises.

4 hrs per month - 60/75/90 min sessions (in person or online)
For example if 1 month you only use 2hrs, the next month you can do, more sessions, longer sessions, or the usual 4hrs and rollover 2hrs.

Unused hours/minutes can be rolled over for 1 month, the subscription can be cancelled at any point and you will have 1 month to use your remaining hours.
If you are going to be away for a long time you can talk to me about pausing your subscription or extending the rollover.
You will be given 1 month notice of any price changes

2 hrs per month (can be in any combination of 1 or 2 hr in person and online sessions)

You can use this voucher to buy individual Gyrotonic sessions - if you would like to use it towards a package of sessions please get in touch to arrange this.
