What to expect from your first session at Feel Good Fitness:
The session last 45 minutes to 90 minutes. We sit down and talk about what I can help you with. After that comes the movement analysis . The movement analysis determines what exercises you like . Then we sit down and discuss a plan that works for you. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in. I'll supply everything else.
