This series is open to anyone living with chronic back pain. Each session draws upon the principles and practices of yoga to help reduce pain, increase stability and mobility of the spine, and help people in pain recover ease of movement. Pain Care Yoga is backed by evidence-based research in pain neuroscience and includes postures breath work, meditation, mantra, and mudra. No prior yoga experience is required.
