In this 60 minute session, we will take a look at where you currently are, where you'd like to be at the end of coaching and if the coach/client rapport is a good fit. As you the client determine if you'd like to move forward working together, we will look at the frequency needed to get you where you want to be on your healing path.

In this 60 minute session, we will walk through the healing path to unpack your trauma history, current triggers and how to navigate your nervous system when activated in the present. We will put together a Recovery Goal Plan and monitor your progress through the process.
