*April 17,2020-All Latched clients: If you had an appointment in March that was cancelled, we are attempting to contact you to reschedule your appointment. We are now scheduling appointments for diaper pick up based off of diaper size availability only. We are unable to take brand or color request for diapers or pull ups. If your appointment was cancelled in the month of March and you have not been contacted to reschedule please call our office during normal business hours to schedule your appointment and get information on how our pick up process has changed due to the national emergency of Covid-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time for us all. We have been working hard with limited staff to serve you to the best of our ability.
Welcome to the Latched Support online scheduling page! If you have seen us at a baby shower please select follow-up appointment when scheduling. If you are a new client and have never received assistance from Latched Support please select new client diaper enrollment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete new client enrollment paperwork. Parent ID and verification of the child with birth certificate, social security card, birth facts is needed.
